Women's Fitness

The women's fitness class is an hour long class that is personally instructed by Dan Dixon (Certified Personal Trainer).  The first 30 minutes is a high intensity circuit training routine in our fitness center.  All of the major muscles are used.  You spend a predetermined amount of time at a station and move to the next station when time is up.  We are well stocked with new body solid weight equipment. The last thirty minutes is an exciting cardio-kick boxing class.  You will learn and train just like a professional fighter would (except for the sparring).  I am sure you have see the excellent physiques of professional fighters.  There is a reason they have fantastic bodies...their training!  Start training your body and get an amazing physique too!

Why is our circuit training more effective than others that have become so popular lately?

Other gyms use weight machines that never vary the amount of weight or resistance you are using.  Your body adapts very quickly to the stress that you put it through.  To progress you need to constantly be pushing your body to the limit. If you were to use the same resistance time and time again your body would adapt to it and you would not continue to progress.  Here you are personally supervised by Dan Dixon and all of our machines can be adjusted to the appropriate resistance level for you.

Cardio Kick Boxing

If you are thinking Tai Bo...think again!  Our Cardio Kick boxing is the same basic workout that many of our cage fighter use when training for a fight.  Of course you won't be doing any live sparring, but you will learn actual punching and kicking drills that are learned by real fighters.  You will punch and kick actual pads, bags and mitts.  It is a stimulating and exciting workout that is ALWAYS different.  And believe me...it is a tremendous workout that will get you in fantastic shape.

What makes us different is that each class is NEVER the same.  It is always changing.  Your body adapts very quickly to exercise.  Every class is a new adventure in fitness!
